2. Platform and hosting

This investor room is built and operated on the Lovable platform. Personal data may be processed on the provider's servers for technical reasons. Where data is processed outside the European Union, this is based on appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 ff. GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

3. Server log files

When you visit the room, the following data is collected automatically: IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and hostname. This serves system security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Investor account and profile

When you request verified access, we process your email, name, fund or company, role, ticket size range, investment focus, login data and your consent timestamp. We use this to provide your account, authenticate you, manage access and for investment-related follow-up. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Data is stored as long as your account exists; deletion is possible at any time on request.

5. Access and security

Public documents are accessible without an account. Verified and confidential files are protected by account-based permissions and held in private storage. Public and verified file links expire after five minutes; confidential PDFs are rendered with your email and date watermarked into each page.

6. First-party room activity

We record page visits, document opens and viewing duration, NDA signatures and booking clicks using a random session identifier. Signed-in activity is linked to your investor profile; referral links may associate activity with an invitation. Anonymous activity is unverified. NDA records retain the signed agreement, version, text hash, name, company, title, email and timestamp.

7. Cookies

This room uses only technically necessary storage for login, session management and application security. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

8. Disclosure of data

Personal data is only passed to third parties within the scope of data processing on our behalf (e.g. hosting), where legally required, or with your explicit consent.

9. Retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An email to victor@resource-intelligence.com is sufficient.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI), Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg.
